I just love Juliana – she is witty, funny and just so amazingly talented.
Can you believe this marvelous cake is a raw cake?
The talented Juliana from @culinarydots (Instagram) makes raw vegan cakes and I interviewed her at the Berlin Summer Festival. I am so blessed to meet wonderful people…
Juliana made this super delicious raw vegan passionfruit and mango cake and topped it with yellow raw Cashew buttercream roses and anemones …This cake turned out quite colorful and bright and I think it’s the perfect cake for an awesome celebration.
It’s so sweet because mangoes and the passionfruit and Cashew yoghurt add just a little bit of zest! The base is a juicy any fluffy carrot and orange 🍊 layer and it combines perfectly with the other flavors !!!
Definitely my favorite cake in summer 😃! I got to eat this on my way back to London. I am forever indebted to Juliana…. Words cannot express my gratitude.
