2018 has been an absolutely incredible year for me. Not only did it give me the opportunity to speak and undertake cooking demonstrations at the Bali Vegan Festival and Berlin Veganes Sommerfest but alos I got to speak at the Greater London Vegan Festival, Raw Fest, The Good Life Experience, Shoreditch Vegan Festival but also at Vegan Life Live where I undertook cooling demonstrations and spoke on veganism – Vegan Life Live was voted at VegFest as the Best Vegan Festival 2018.
I feel incredibly honoured and blessed, so do come and join me next year.
Next year’s line up is going to prove event more monumentous for me… It is going to be most busiest year yet.
And I am offering a new talk – Animal Rights – where are we now and where are we going to get to. Am incredibly excited because here I am not using my skills as a vegan chef but my skills as a practising solicitor come into play. I will be reviewing the current legal system in England and suggesting changes to assist the plight of animals.
I just as everyone else is having this experience here on Earth. Becoming vegan led me on this path to understanding more about the harm that we do to animals, the hurt that we inflict on one another and letting go and moving in the present. I have had an epic journey.
For the last five years, I have had this weekly recipe blog and now my first book “Essence: The Beginner’s Guide to Veganism” is out. I was Chair of The Vegan Society for a year and have been speaking at events and interviewing others for the last couple of years. I also practice as a solicitor.
My purpose is to spread veganism and a more kinder and loving way of being.
My next goal is to work towards hosting my own alternative lifestyle TV show on mainstream television.
Please come and approach me at events – I love meeting people – each one of us is on a journey and for me that is so exciting, learning from others.
