What Inspired me:
I was inspired to create this Pomegranate and Oat Pie during a visit to the Greek Islands, where the abundance of pomegranates was simply captivating. I knew I wanted to showcase these vibrant, tart fruits in a baked dessert, and pairing them with the contrasting crunch of oats seemed like the perfect fit.
